Beautiful town house B& B around 20 minutes walk from Waverley Station. The bedroom was of a good size, with super king sized bed which was so comfortable. Hospitality tray provided with tea and coffee and biscuits. The bathroom had lovely shower gel,shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body, all organic and made in Scotland. Breakfast was served in the beautiful dining room, the staff were very efficient. Breakfast choice was continental and cooked. Cereals,fresh berries, yoghurt,smoked salmon, scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage etc. A very well run B&B ,Hillary is an excellent host.

We are from Canada visiting UK and the place was really impressive. It's an old Victorian flat and literally felt like we were in a fairytale. Hillary the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The room was big enough for 2 people. The bathroom was renovated with big tub and shower area. It was like a spa treatment to us. The breakfast was delicious and food were freshly made. We didn't want to leave the dining table. It is one of the best BNB that I have stayed ever. Holyrood house and Calton Hill are walking distance from the place. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely 4 night stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Host was welcoming with helpful recommendations. Room was well appointed and bed was comfortable. Nice location across from Carlton Hill within walking distance to all the sights. The breakfast was top notch with many choices. Took advantage of the complimentary wine while relaxing in the sitting room after a great day sightseeing. Highly recommend.
