This is one of the places you actually don't want to write about on Google Maps because you don't want too many people to become aware of it. Great hospitality. The hosts are warm and helpful. The rooms somewhere between classic and modern. Cleanliness is top level. Excellent breakfast and good connection to the centre.

Tom And Rowena absolutely fantastic hosts. Rooms are really good. And the choice of breakfast is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone stoping in Edinburgh. Plus the bus services into the city just over the road 2 minutes walk. 5 stars for me.

Rowena and Tom are fantastic hosts! My husband and I are so grateful for their incredible hospitality and recommendations for our stay. They have a beautiful home that is cozy, comfortable and in a great location! They got to know us by name and made us feel right at home for our short stay. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a great time at the Sheridan Guest House. The hosts (Tom & Rowena) were wonderful and really friendly. Our room had everything we needed, including en-suite. The breakfast was delicious with impeccable service. Commute into city center was good as there was a bus station right across from the street. Everything was exceptional. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. Thank you Tom and Rowena for you amazing hospitality.
