From check in to check out everything was great. I loved my room; in fact it was probably the best room of my life. The staff is so helpful. The Turkish bath was great, had it to myself. Their club is a bit lacking compared to the Conrad Hilton. Only beer and wine. The food was nice.

Nevin did a great job with the cleaning of the rooms n friendly and courteous. Good service Joanna was too good with my hamam bath last evening. Felt relaxed. Keep smiling like you do All other staff very friendly. Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year 2024 We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome location

The hotel is great. The rooms (I got an upgrade to a junior suite) are spacious and very well lighted. The sound proof works also fine. Breakfast selection is very ample with local and international specialties. The SPA area was almost empty, which was surprising but nice. Great place to hang out.

A great experience in Sofitel at Taksim. There cannot be a better location than that of SOFITEL. Just on the Taksim Square and Istaqlal Street. Stayed there for.a week in Duplex Suit on the ground floor. The service was excellent. The air conditioning in my room remained out of order for initial 2 days but later fixed. The best thing was quick response whenever a complaint is lodged. The rooms were spacious however I felt that the lighting needs to be improved. Overall the rooms especially the bed rooms were dark and need better lighting. The hotel is right close to few night clubs and noise of music continues throughout the night. Though sound proof windows have been installed but still it disturbs a little, good for those on vacation but those travelling for work or needs quite atmosphere, may like to shift a little away from Istaqlal Street. Another very important aspect; no water showers in Toilets…. As most of muslims use water in toilet, its non availability looks uncomfortable. Breakfast was complimentary with lots of variety like any other 5 star hotel, but mostly European and Arab, I think some asian food should also be introduced. It will make it better. Overall a very pleasant experience and would love to go back on my next trip
