I had a fantastic stay at Somerset Pattaya. The staff were amazing and always polite, greeting guests with warm smiles at any time. The room was tidy and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere. However, the tower's appearance was a bit outdated, and renovating it would enhance the overall experience. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking sunset views. It was an unforgettable experience. Overall, the exceptional service, comfortable room, and magnificent rooftop pool made my stay memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya. P.S If you were self-driving like me, please note that it can be a bit crowded when returning to the hotel between 7-11pm due to its location in the heart of the nightlife area.

We visited this hotel as the last stay before going back home and we had a great stay. The hotel is new, quite luxurious and rooms are spacious with excellent beds. Pillows, however, could be better. We had a sea view although it was in second row. But sea view nonetheless. There was a seating area and a small balcony. As mentioned, the room was large enough for suitcases and still we were able to move around an enjoy the sofa. Bathroom had all amenities and shower was quite powerful. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and lots of sodas and chairs to enjoy the surroundings. Complimentary juice and water was a nice touch. They have a children’s playroom on second floor and on the 24th floor there is a children’s waterpark with a water slide and a pirate ship. Not much but it does make the hotel suitable for kids. On 23rd floor they have the pool with sea view and a pool bar that isn’t actually a bar as they call the rooftop bar to deliver the drinks. Sun beds are placed in the pool. All in all a great hotel. We would usually stay at Hilton across the street which has the best sea view and even more luxury but as our rooms were occupied we decided to try Somerset Pattaya. And we will be back to this hotel, primarily because of the performance of the staff: front desk staff was very friendly, polite and welcoming and the maid, Da, on 16tg floor was always smiling and willing to help with any needs to the room. And the bell boy team was always greets, assisting us when needed, talkative and made us feel great when leaving the hotel and coming back to the hotel. Especially Mr. M deserves a big credit in our decision to rate this hotel with 5 stars and wanting to come back next time! Thanks to all the staff and special shoutouts to Mr M and Da on 16th floor!

I am disappointed with the service provided during my recent stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room malfunctioned in the middle of the night, and despite immediately reporting the issue, the reception did unreasonably call us back. At first, they did respond, they informed us that no replacement room was available due to the hotel being fully booked. Although they eventually fixed the air conditioning, the inconvenience and delay in addressing the problem added to our dissatisfaction. Considering that our stay was meant to be a vacation after a terrible week, it was disheartening.

The hotel is in a good location next to mall, however the staff at the reception were not remotely friendly... they charged for washing sheets which makes no sense... they also charged for cleaning baby's blanket which was not used... I would recommend you take pictures of you're bed every morning as they will find a way to keep your deposit They have claimed dirt left behind but regular hair oil is washed with the same wash as all sheets... unless you're saying you don't wash all sheets regularly? Did you wash the hair oil off and it didn't come off? Policy or small discrimination?
