I am so happy we booked this hotel. Ilina was on duty and checked us in- she was amazing! She was kind, friendly and gave us so many tips on what to do and what to see, as well as her personal favorites which was a good touch. The hotel is very close to the train station, which was convenient with all of my luggage. There are nice restaurants near by. The rooms were nice and clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

Service is hit and miss and a downgrade from about a year ago. But the rooms are fine, no air-conditioning, minimal and smallish, more Japanese size, but the location is fantastic. Past old town, but very close to the train station. It's still an easy walk to old town and incredibly close to a park with fantastic views of the Alps!

This is a great hotel for those wishing to stay close to the bahn and the shopping area. For those traveling from the U.S., they have usb plugs in the lamps on the headboard, which is great to charge phones and iPads. Would recommend getting the breakfast with your stay so you don’t have to go out. But there are also many places to get food from along the same street as the hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff! It is also a short walk to the bridge and federal buildings, as well as the marketplace. Would recommend to travelers!
