We loved our experience at this hotel and would highly recommend! Parking was included, and the location was perfect! Rooms were clean and sized appropriately. Breakfast and selection of espresso/coffee were great! Staff was very friendly and provided a map with suggestions on what to visit. They picked out a beautiful path through the gorgeous rose garden ending up in the historic old town. The location was perfect. We were able to spend the day walking making our own tour. We enjoyed the sights and how beautiful the city is. Highly recommend this hotel, staff were friendly, helpful and the rooms were wonderful for a perfect stay!

We had a great stay for our quick stop in Bern. The hotel was easy to get to, had parking, perfect room for 2, tasty breakfast, and a city transit pass to take the tram 7-10 min into the center (though the walk there took us 15-20 min).

I think I met the real life Kris Kringle when we arrived and Daniel the owner who checked us in! What a lovely human! We've stayed in many hotels over the years and his warm welcome and hospitality, level of helpfulness and kindness were the best I've seen yet! It's a cute building, family run, they really care about their guests, everything is clean and the rooms are perfect! I loved having a choice to open the window for fresh air, just like home! It's well located just mins from the tram station which takes you right into town in less than 10 mins, or you can walk in 20. But being away from the noise and having peace, makes this trip so much more enjoyable. A delicious, fresh breakfast was super convenient before we hit the road I would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for your hospitality!
