Excellent customer service, and a lot of items provided at the reception to pick up and even have hair straightener available to borrow. Reception was able to arrange luggage delivery to another hotel which is an excellent service as moving suitcases around the train isn’t easy at all. Room is small but maybe the standard of hotel in Tokyo with this price range, very difficult to open up suitcase and not much space to walk. Bathroom is also small.

The staff were so kind and caring. They helped me out with a very serious and time-consuming mistake and never seemed bothered by it. They all seemed like genuinely great people who treat the guests absolutely amazingly. 5 star Japanese service. The best of the best.

We were warned that the rooms were small, but ours was a box. Bathroom was small but did everything it was required to do & the shower over the bath was brilliant. On/off. Hot/cold. No mucking about to get it to work. The Japanese toilet - I could write a book about their toilets. They're brilliant. For anyone who hasn't been, the seats are heated & they wash you back or front. You choose the pressure of water & press stop at any time. The room had a fridge & air con. Slippers & pyjamas were supplied. I kid you not. Our 2 sons got a twin room & it was a much better size, so next time my hubby & I would go for a twin room. Everything was clean. I would definitely return

Amazing hotel with a really good location and the staff were amazing. I love that the hotel is located right next to the Metro station (makes a huge difference if your carrying a lot of stuff) There are 2 convenience shops near to the hotel so it was really easy to grab a late night supper from one of these 2 places. The staff serving us were very helpful and I appreciate them advising my wife and I on good places to eat. Great experience staying here and I would recommend it to anyone having a trip to Tokyo 😀

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small and a little dated, we traveled with 2 large suitcases and 2 small ones and it was pretty difficult for us to move around, the location isn't too bad there is a train station right nearby, but it isn't in the center of Shinjuku, so you'll find yourself having to switch trains a lot in order to get from the hotel to many tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was EXCELLENT! Overall, I'd stay here again because the price is pretty reasonable.
