The staff was so wonderful. Downtown is within walking distance but the hotel also has a free tuk tuk to bring you down town or free bicycles which can be borrowed. Decor includes traditional Laos textiles. Great food and service. The most comfortable bed and best sleep I had in South East Asia

Very good hotel for a small town. Free drop and pick up. Also, free bicycles. Limited food choices that are tasty and pricey compared to outside. Good pool, cordial staff. I would recommend for anyone looking for small family type hotels.

The Souphattra Hotel is absolutely charming. The hotel is located just outside the Old Quarter, which has the advantage of being in a spacious and bright complex and still being able to get to the old town quickly. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service, which also picks guests up again. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The large pool is perfect for sunbathing and the loungers are very comfortable. The junior suites and the Souphattra Suite in particular, to which we were upgraded, are beautifully furnished and have large bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable. The service is exemplary. Bicycles are freely available and when I pointed out that they were too small for me, the management got me a suitable mountain bike. The massage service is indescribable and Mai has magic hands. The whole team is very attentive and friendly and do a great job. Mr. Cham and Mr. Thongdy lead the team superbly and our stay was a real pleasure. Thank you very much and see you next time. We would love to come back and highly recommend the Souphattra Hotel.

From the first moment, we arrive at Souphattra Hotel and felt at home. A warm welcome with a refreshing drink was the perfect start. We booked a room with a pool view, and couldn't be better. A comfy and quiet room, perfect to get some rest. A complete and clean bathroom with everything you need. the bedroom is 5 stars with a great balcony turned to the pool. The pool was perfect to refresh from the hot weather, with beautiful surroundings and a magnific pool bar (where we ordered a delicious pizza). The breakfast is complete and with a lot to choose from. You can use a bike from the hotel to explore the city or you can request a hotel shuttle to take you to the city center and explore the famous night market. They also dropped us at the bus station after the stay, for us to go to the next destination. In the end, the staff is what we liked the most. Always so nice and ready to help you with anything. Was a great experience and we totally recommend it!
