Horrible!!! The hotel is located in a side street where there are a lot of homeless people. The entrance is locked. I did email the hotel letting know of the late arrival. However, nobody responded to my email or yo the continuous door bell ringing. I messaged the property but the results were similar. No answer. I am asking for a full refund since the hotel could have said that they were unable to check me in that late, (btw 9pm). In this hotel nobody cares to answer even when they know they were leaving two people on the street.

The best part about this hotel is the location. It's very close to everything tourists visit. The room is nice, modern and clean but there are several buts. -Lots of stairs in a shabby building. I always travel light but even having one bag is a problem -Small things don't work like a weird shower or a security box. -English is minimal to communicate but my Italian is non-existent either - very loud, snappy doors you'll hear day and night. -check- in is the same time as in any other hotel, which is in early afternoon. If you have a gruelling, long flight that arrives in the morning, you have to spend time somewhere in town before you can drop into bed to relax. This is a solid 3-star hotel in my opinion. I don't understand how more stars could be attached to it because it has no amenities that hotels have with this rating. The service is ok. Clean, modern, comfortable, great location and that's it.

Not your typical hotel. They were rooms on the 3 story of the building. It was hard to find. The building has unusual cement "studs" on the lower half. Take the small alley on the back of the building. Try and park in the tiny parking lot off this alley directly behind the building. The entrance is at the back of the building. You have to buzz in. Thankfully there's a little elevator. The rooms were clean. The view was great. The location was the best part. You can walk to many sites and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel - for so many reasons! The room was beautifully furnished, with a huge circular bed, and the bathroom was not only perfectly clean and well-maintained but fabulous, the shower had so many settings! Our view was excellent, with a corner balcony overlooking Largo di Torre Argentina, ruins of Roman temples and a theatre. Only a ten minute walk from the Pantheon and up to 40mins to everything else, we were perfectly situated.
