I came here during the week of Art Basel, and the front desk personal was incredibly helpful! I remember the names, Gabriel and Ana both so nice and very beneficent, Miami Beach is extremely hard to find parking and thanks to them it was such a relief. Thank you!!

Gabriel was super nice with helping us find a spot to park our motorcycle! Parking is hard enough on Miami Beach so we greatly appreciated the peace of mind so we could enjoy the local food!

Love the lit up court yard with fountains. I come every other year. The amenities were available at their sister hotel across the street which was awesome.

The stay was not bad, however terrible management. Elevators do not work, have no accommodations for the handicap. I was told I would be charged a certain amount on my card for the deposit and then was charged an extra night because of a “system glitch.” The management is horrible, they make you call another hotel just to speak to someone to get your money back. I would not recommend leaving your card with these people they may blow your funds on “extra fees” do not reserve here.

I was there in 2015, this hotel was very good for value, they gave me an apartment and I liked how roomy it was and the kitchen was with a coffee machine. They get too busy sometimes at the reception. The beach is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants are just at your doorstep. Overall it was a nice experience, however I dunno how they are doing nowadays.
