No luggage storage. They make you Go around the block to Washington st. to PAY For luggage storage. Went to the bar and asked how much tequila shots were. Was told $10 and then charged $15. Then he denied what he said. Based on that will never return here or order drinks here BE AWARE. Find another hotel. This one is a scam and not worth it!! Never again will I stay here!

It's a boutique hotel by the beach. Check in isn't until 3 & check out is 11am. The ice machine is in the basement & the restaurant food comes out the basement. It's also meh in flavor. The patio is cute to lounge. The "suites" are nice but they only clean every 3 days & they have no microwaves. It's a cool place to stay by the beach for a more decent price than other hotels.

Well for a budget hotel and with some of previous reviews I read I was a bit worried but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was lovely a bit dark but you are in Miami beach you don't stay in the hotel much anyway, the biggest surprise of all was spotless clean I was with my toddler so I was looking around to make sure he can be comfortable and literally didn't find a bit of dust or dirt anywhere search from the blinds to underneath the tables, beds ,toilet all super clean . My only personal issue it's that mattress was a bit soft but I guess thats me and the other one is bed was squeaky haha . The cleaner definitely does a great job every time she was coming always replacing towels and refreshing the room well done receptionist and all the team members we came across all friendly and nice . They had a lovely mexican restaurant in the entrance smelled lovely we didn't got a chance to try but I am sure it's lovely to have it just on your doorstep for some cocktails and bites. The place is smoke free. All in all great value for money and definitely excellent location.

First of all 100$ night deposit is crazy for here. Hotel smelled like mold and it was loud. Wasn’t given any clean towels while we stayed four day there. Had to go ask for them no type of room service or cleaning of room. Rooms small as heck and bathroom small as hell was. The hotel is not clean at all. We had to change rooms because the first one had a leak and the cover on bed was not clean had stains on them. And the room stinker badly. Only thing good room was close to the beach area and a lot of things was walking distance. Reviews and pictures are lies

After reading some past reviews, it seems the hotel is not trying to improve. Customer Service on arrival - mediocre. Customer Service at restaurant/bar - one of the worse I’ve been to, actually I went across the street several times to get my drinks. Food at restaurant - horrible, can’t even follow it up. Rooms - I sustained two ‘injuries’ because of how small the bathrooms are. You have to wait about 20 mins for the hot water to kick in, but at least it’s there. Beds are hard as a rock. The air conditioner worked great, the room was clean and it served its purpose.
