Perfect stay in Osaka! Location was excellent. Walking distance to everywhere. Breakfast was superb. But the staff was the best. So welcoming and accommodating. You always feel happy with them. Definitely will come back!

Great location and absolutely great value for your money. The service is outstanding and we were made comfortable in all the nights we stayed here. Everything is provided and more. I love that it's just a stone's throw from Kuromon Market and walking distance from Dotonbori.

Firstly, entry/reception is very difficult to find, a large sign would be super helpful. Excellent facilities, extra toiletries provided on arrival and there is drinks (including vodka, gin, whisky ect) everyday. There is a laundry room for 100 yen for washer and 100 yen for dryer. Breaky is available everyday, not a huge choice but free and does the trick. The rooms are small, even by Japanese standard. If I was by myself it would be fine but I'm with my partner and 2 kids. We have an adjoining 2nd room for the kids to sleep but think SMALL.
