Walking distance from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Access from the back entrance of the terminal building. But if you have several luggage & toddler(s) I would suggest taking Grab to the hotel instead. Excellent room but nothing much directly outside the hotel, plenty minimarts and walking distance from night market. But note that night market is not permanent.

Service by the hotel staff members were great, however the toilet in the room was very disappointing. The toilet was choke 2 out of 3 days of my stay and had to call the reception for help. There was also a foul smell that occur everytime the toilet chokes. Technicians came by 4 times to un-choke the toilet. Definitely not something memorable. Very disappointing and upsetting as I was looking forward to the stay in swiss-bel.

Stayed one night. After checking in, got a room with with pretty bad construction noise. We asked to change the room and our request was granted expediently. Small swimming pool, great quality breakfast and selection. Best part was, when I enquired about the cardigan I left there, the staff got back and communicated with me about it. They kept it for me till my return!
