We really enjoyed this hotel, staying five days in a Level suite in January, which was a big room (but not with a separate seating area , that must be the Master suite.) We were half board and found access to the Level lounge was a real bonus if you had a snack attack during the day. The small buffet in the Level lounge was always well stocked, alcohol included. You have an “a La Carte” fresh cooked breakfast in this area too, and I was soon a convert to this versus the main buffet. There’s less choice, but it’s much more relaxing eating here. The only downside is that you don't really get much of a view from this part of the hotel versus other areas. We attended a few activity classes laid on by the hotel - yoga, stretching, coffee making and others. Louisa, Layla and the other teachers were all great, very friendly and helpful, as we found all of the staff too. The hotel has beautiful grounds, views over the town to the sea, is very clean and kept in great shape. Pools are clean and warm. It’s in a nice area, ten minutes walk from the beach and promenade plus the upmarket shopping mall. The food at the buffet was what we expected, but if you get a good table overlooking the bay it’s worth eating here just for that. We found the beachfront promenade busy even in January, and our “adults only” hotel meant we avoided the procession of prams and toddlers frequenting other restaurants. Evening entertainment was available if that’s your thing, the usual singers, bands and so on, but I really wouldn’t have missed this if it wasn’t on. What’s wrong with a bit of peace and quiet on an evening? All in all, however, if we come back to Adeje I’d definitely stay here again.

If you want luxury, without paying top dollar this has everything for us, especially after their 4-month refurbishment in 2023. It's a big hotel but it never feels busy, spread out over a big estate and broken down into smaller accommodation blocks, plus fabulous personal service. Laura, in charge of welcoming at the main restaurant (there ate two others on site) is simply the best we've ever come across. No bed-blocking here and loads of space to choose from. An afternoon cocktail on the terrace with a view to die for, set just up on a hill but a very short walk from a seaside Promenade which extends for miles. Just wonderful, which is why we are back for our 6th visit.

As someone who resides frequently in great hotels, I can happily confirm that this hotel will meet your expectations. The gym, the pool, the design of the hotel, the vast offers in breakfast and entertainment, the small gifts to the room and the friendly reception (especially Jose), the rooms are beautiful decorated and very spacious. Overall, amazing. And even a shuttle service to beach if needed. If hotel is keen to improve, I would recommend the following: - breakfast: get Good coffee or batista to prepare Good coffee. It's not the same as the coffee that comes from the machine - breakfast: opens at 8. Well, imagine if you have a conference at 9 in the city.. overall, very late. 7 or 6.30 can make a difference here Can't rate location as we went through entire island by car. But no Complains here.

The location is high in the hill. This hotel is four star quality. The room was Junior Suite and had nice seaviews. However, air-conditioning wasn't working well for the first 5 days, and there was very hot inside. There are two sunbeds on the balcony but no towels for them. The Level pool was nice and warm. Service got better during the week. The breakfast table was tiny, and there were no fresh vegetables. Both of us got some stomach issues. Some incidents on the service happened, which I think is not allowed in the hotel where you pay 500 euros per day.

Absolutely beautiful hotel based in Costa Adeje Tenerife. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, I had a pool view deluxe room for 4 nights and would definitely visit again. Newly renovated so everything was gorgeous. There were very stunning ocean views of the Atlantic whilst I had breakfast every morning . The bathroom and amenities were very luxurious and clean, breakfast daily was delicious and was served for good duration. I would definitely consider staying in the level next time. Pool is very clean. One feedback i would give is for the ladies which work at the breakfast reception desk to be more friendlier. Very excited to be back next year.
