Conveniently located around 1+km away from the beach. It's a short 5mins ride/drive if you rent a vehicle which you could liaise through the hosts at ease too. The area also has many local eateries nearby and convenience stores which are all within 10mins walk. Within the apartment, there are open air swimming pool, gym area, kids' playground to keep you occupied. There are also ample car park/motor bike lots available for residents. Washing machine is also ready for use at 30 baht for an hour wash cycle. The common areas are well fitted with CCTV, making the residents feel safe during their stay. The apartment is clean and basic kitchen amenities are available for use. Easy and sufficient for people who want to cook their own meals. The area is peaceful and surrounded by low floor houses and mountains. Enjoy the nice mountain view and night sky with the cool breeze at the balcony. Most importantly, the hosts are really warm, friendly and always contactable when I required any assistance. My stay has been made much more memorable by the hospitable hosts. The random greetings and chats, and recommendations on the places to visit, restaurants to dine, and more. Will definitely come back again when I next visit Phuket. Strongly recommended for family or friends who prefer to stay away from the noisy beach front area yet not too far off with all the necessary amenities. You can really have the best of both worlds - a relaxing vacation away from home in an apartment which feels just like home.

We booked 3 apartments and stayed for with my big family, the rooms were nice and very clean. It was easy for us to get around with scooter or car although the shuttle can take us to the beach free of charge. Staff were very friendly and accommodating too. The host was very helpful in recommending places to eat and explore. Shuttle took us to the beach without charge. Service was way above the price we paid for the room. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Phuket.

Overall, my family and I had a great experience at The Ananas!! The rooms are clean and there is a nice pool. We spend our days at the nearby Kata Beach and the evenings by the poolside. I recommend visiting the nearby night market which is located conveniently next door as there are a wide variety of local delights. The night market operates in the evening from Monday to Thursday. Indeed a hidden gem and great value for money!!

We stayed for three night for a family event. The facility is relatively old and not very clean. The air conditioner in our room is out of normal functioning, i.e. It is better to turn it off. The cabinet is broken with a broken door. Unstable and slow WiFi. Water heater for shower is Unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cool. No ventilation fan in the toilet. Overall experience for us is disappointing.
