Why this review is not approved? Service is veeeery nice! They are here always for the help, don’t be afraid to ask! Tiny but excellent hotel, there is everything you need and more. Just in case, if you need hair straightener just tell to the receptionist and they will help you, I was amazed by that. Very cool mini bar, I have never seen before something like that. Wonderful stay, service and everything! Highly recommend for short trip or longer, it’s up to you. Have a nice stay!

Had a late breakfast/early lunch. The food was very tasty, the terrace was a lovely spot, but there has to be a special mention for the staff. It looked like they were understaffed and quite busy, yet they could not have been more helpful. Both friendly and efficient, the staff brought it to the next level. Very impressive.

The hotel is pleasant, with attractive decor and friendly service. The neighbourhood is very nice. However, the rooms are incredibly small! We were two adults + a baby, and we were assigned a room with four regular beds. That was ok but there was practically no space to store our luggage! Opening it meaned there was no place to move. In addition, there were only two hangers in the bathroom and three for jackets in the tiny corridor. It's hard to imagine how this arrangement could work for four people, considering it was barely adequate for two.

Lots to love…Ranelagh location & proximity to Luas..cool hotel vibe & decor plus best-in-class staff. Room was nice; great shower, comfortable bed and smart in-room snacks and drink options. Our room however was super tiny. We are on a pan Euro tour and could barely fit our luggage into room. Probably my bad for not asking for larger room. But on a future Dublin visit, I’d still return to the Devlin.

Added costs they don’t tell you about until the day you arrive: €100 charge to get to your room, even after paying for your room. This is for the mini bar which is not stated in their policy on booking.com they said they wouldn’t let us stay if we didn’t pay this. Very bad customer service, customer is not their priority. Breakfast alone is €24. Rooms are very small and overpriced. Also paid extra for a city view and I got a window facing a wall.
