To put it short, this is by far the most bizarre experience I have ever encountered in my 30+ years of traveling in over 30 countries. So, beware and think thrice before you book this hotel. Its hospitality could not even match with a 1-star hostel. After a long tour day, we entered into the reception at around 7pm on 19th October 2023 to check into an already paid triple room. A 30-year old brown hair bearded Greek male receptionist, around 1.8m tall, being the only receptionist at the front desk, lazily glanced at us with a cold eye, unwillingly took our passport to look up for the booking. Two other guests were also lining up behind us then. As we booked for a triple room with breakfast, we enquired about the breakfast hours and the receptionist coldly replied that breakfast only starts at 8am. Since we book another tour for the next day, we relayed that we cannot possibly have breakfast at 8am and what would be the other options. He then coldly replied that the only option is to have it at 8am, no breakfast box could be prepared as kitchen closed at 3pm. We then ask if we could have the breakfast boxes prepared for the next day in the afternoon to be collected, he again said no. We then ask if we could have the breakfast the next day morning, he again rejected. Leaving us with no options and zero hospitality, we asked to have our breakfast option refunded, he again rejected our request and told us we should have checked the breakfast hours ourselves prior booking for this breakfast option. He also stated that he could not decide and cannot give us any other option as the management already left the office. He told us we can wake up early to eat breakfast in the neighborhood as there are many readily options nearby. By this time, we are very much appalled by his unprofessional responses, we asked for a direct method to relay our requests to the management. He said there's no direct line nor instant messaging and didn't give us any options until we suggested whether we could email them. He reluctantly provided the email address and continued to use the slowest possible manner to check us in. All of a sudden, he alleged that one of the hotel guests has been filming him and he went furious, storming at the guest and screaming that he would call the police on us. The guest repeatedly told him that no film of him was taken but he couldn't control his temper and asked us to leave immediately. For 30minutes, he refused to check us in and insisted to check in the two other guests behind us. He continued to scream at us and said we would never get our key cards and he would not serve us ever. By this time, the entire experience was so horrendous and bizarre to a point, even the guests behind us were shocked and told us to handle this issue with the management at another time and medium. During which, the receptionist went bonkers and went into his room to call the management, which was funny because he previously told us the management could not be reached when we asked to talk to them(?). After another 10 minutes of endless waiting, he came out and gave us two options, a) to fully refund us and we need to book another hotel; b) to let us stay but we have to delete the Imaginary video first. By this time, the guests waiting behind us basically told the receptionist it was unreasonable to ask us to book a new hotel at this time of the night and demanded him to hand us the room key. The receptionist immediately obliged with it and gave us the key card. We were absolutely stunned with such hospitality and have no words for this hotel.

Overall impressed by the stay here! Below’s a list of good and to take note of Greeted by a lady at the reception who was pleasant and helped us check in. Everything was smooth and they helped us deliver luggage upstairs Good: • Room was nice! Bathroom, interior, bed are all comfortable • Complimentary water & shower smentiti ed & coffee • Room and floor is clean • Toilet paper good quality • Water power & temperature is perfect • house keeping done well • sufficient charging points (1 next to each side of bed and 1 at table) Things to take note of: • we were situated at the side of the hotel where it was next to a popular street. Shops downstairs play music on the weekends which can be heard slightly if you’re at the sofa bed, but not issue when sleeping in the main bed Overall would recommend, central and well furnished
