Highly recommended hotel with private pool rooms and a bathtub in the middle of the room (the one I stayed in)....friendly staff and free tuk-tuk to the Pub Street area for guests too. I spoke with the lovely girl whom checked me in on NYE and she shared that she had a family farm where she helps out with during their tourism 'low season'. Lovely and cute hotel grounds:)

I've found the best hotel and resort in Siem Reap / Angkor 😍 Everything from meeting us to seeing us off was just perfect. The hotel is a pure oasis with the cleanest pools and green trees, flowers, grass. Spacious rooms, we stayed at Suite with Private Pool which was very comfortable. Location is also very good, far enough from the Pub Street to relax but also close to go by tuk-tuk or by car if you want to have some fun. For our category of rooms they provided free tuk-tuk service to downtown where you can find shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, SIM-cards and everything you need. Special thanks to the whole team - reception, restaurant, pool bar, SPA, drivers and others. All of them were super friendly, ready to help, true professionals. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, took guided tours and enjoyed SPA, it was safer and better than in the city so can highly recommend to try their services out instead of expirementing with street vendors. The hotel staff is always in touch which we appreciated the most. Comparing to other places in Siem Reap this resort really does deserve the highest score, and I am a very picky traveler. If you're choosing between this resort and the others (as I did), I'm sure you will not regret coming to the Embassy. By the way, they're doing their best to take care of the territory and it's worth noticing that there are very few mosquitoes and other bugs, but you can have a look at lizzards/geckos and frogs :)

The Embassy was an absolutely fantastic stay. The facilities were A-class and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Any request we had were fulfilled with gracefulness and kindness. For those looking for a resort, don't bother looking elsewhere... this is the one to be at! Rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even though, it is a little outside from the main city, the Embassy provide a free one-way shuttle to wherever you need to go into the city from 7am to 7pm so no real concerns with the location.

Excellence in terms of location, tranquility and price. We booked a private pool quite, room is huge with a tub in the middle. Resort is a short distance from Pub Street and Old Market and the Resort provides shutter services to these location. With such a huge room, the TV is a little too small especially when you are resting on the bed. Throughout our 4 days, we were too concern to use the private pool because it was pretty dirty. There seems to have a sheen of "dirt" floating on the surface and the water looks a little "cloudy". We could have enjoy a dip if it was cleaner and if there is a shower besides the pool allowing guests to wash themselves before dipping into the pool. Still, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful evening after a long day tour to the Temples. Just remember to ask the Resort to clean up the pool before arriving.

The Embassy Angkor Result and Spa is one of the best star hotels in Siem Reap. Very good rooms with very helpful and efficient staff. In general people in Cambodia are simple and quite honest. Everyone is more than happy to help tourists and the staff of The Embassy was not an exception. The restaurant has not too many choices but the food served is good. Breakfast is reasonably good with staff ready to prepare dishes you ask for with a lot of love. The swimming pool is of good size and maintained. Would like to mention one good facility resort offers is, free hotel Tuktuk to reach City centre or pub street and night market as the resort location is not of walking distance from these happening places.
