Overall an excellent experience. Our 2-bedroom suite is new, very spacious, and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Service is very good. We felt relaxed and content. Location is near Old Town and there are some local shops outside with good price. There is even a 7-11 at the entrance. There is a beautiful pool too. Breakfast is okay with adequate dishes. There is not much to watch on TV for a foreigner. Interestingly, the hotel provides with an old-school DVD player and you can borrow films for free at the reception.

We have stayed here half a dozen times and just love it! It’s perfect for families. The two bedroom suite is a great deal and comes with a nice kitchen. You can walk to 7-11, the Jing Jai market and the street food at night is wonderful. The staff are helpful, kind and generous. The breakfast buffet is simple but all my kids love it. They say the bacon, waffles and eggs are their favorite out of any hotel we have stayed at. 😊

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is very nice and really very helpful. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. The breakfast is very tasty and there is a large selection. The pool is a bit small and is also cooled and is too cold for me personally. When we arrived the toilet flush was not working but the problem was fixed by the staff within a few minutes. The hotel is also a bit out of town about 2km away but you can rent scooters everywhere for a reasonable price and explore chiang mai
