Rooms were dark, but cool design. Rooms didn’t seem well maintained and way overpriced for the quality of hotel. Management was lackluster. No amenities. Breakfast had major issue with fruit flies 🪰 — hotel should have had a better idea about the issue and sent us elsewhere until it was resolved. I would NOT go back or recommend.

Serious hygienic issue in the restaurant. My omelette was filled with 10+ crawling and jumping insects, which I tried to fight and gave up eating. This breakfast was over 45 CHF (staff removed omelette from the bill) at the five star hotel in Switzerland, indoor sitting during the winter…I can’t believe this has not been fixed for months, worst experience in terms of breakfast for all our stays in Marriot chain and Autography Collection.

The tv was not working, the wifi is not working as well. In Lecerne, everything close early. My ride and I were bored to death when there is nothing to do in the room. The guy that came up to our room to fix the tv gave up and said that it will be fixed the next day. But the problem is, ewe are only staying there for1 night. They wanted to transfer its to another room but we declined because we voted booked a king sized room and they are transferring is to a double. The design on the ceiling is very suggestive. Not suitable for families with kids.
