We stayed here for 2 nights Everything was good it’s a shame that they do not offer drinking water. All they give complimentary soda. How can one do that water is an essential commodity, dint want bottled water all we asked for was normal drinking water and the answer was you have to buy. Back home in Australia and India or for that matter any other place this is purely unacceptable…

Stayed one night in September 2023. This hotel is only good if you want to stay right by the train tracks. Otherwise it is a good 20 min walk from the city center (wooden bridge). There might have even been steps that would lead you directly to the tracks from the inside of the hotel. We couldn't see them easily and ended up walking around the hotel's building to get to the train station (its a 10 min walk). Outside of that, not much good to say. I guess the bed was big and comfy and the reception was friendly. Our room was small. Old carpet. The bathroom had a bathtub that made the room feel outdated. We get that some folks request a tub but we didn't. The room was a long walk from the elevator (we had to cross to another building to get to it). We didn't eat breakfast but it looked very cramped when we walked through it. Just like the price tag for the hotel which was $500 a night, a buffet breakfast didn't look to be worth it.

Nice and comfy bed.. the only cons is the distance from the lift to the room. Otherwise all is perfect. We got a free room upgrade by becoming a member. Thank you. The room is huge and located just a distance away from the Lucerne HB.

I spent some time with my family in Lucerne and we booked the Radisson. Just a couple of minutes away from the KKL, we found the location very nice. Very huge and pleasant lobby. Very helpful people at the front desk. You can enter the elevator only with the key from your room so you immediately got a safe feeling. The room was very spacious and the view over the lake was amazing. Blue sky, blue water, mountains and boats. The pillow and the bed were of high quality. I did not slept so well in an hotel room since ages. Last funny gadget: you can call the room service.... and a robot comes to your room and brings what you need!
