Even before we arrived, I already felt welcomed. From the email correspondence to a call I made to arrange for car transfer with special arrangements for a car seat. It was my son's first birthday and they did not disappoint as well to make him feel special. The property is beautiful and the rooms are contemporary. You could tell they thought of all the small details. The view of the lake and the mountains from our balcony is wonderful.

Our stay was excellent. The staff had a great attention to detail and made sure we felt welcome. Moreover, they provided a VIB (Very Important Baby) package for our baby which was a great detail and made his stay lovely. The food was very good for breakfast and the location has a great view of the city. Housekeeping was excellent and went above and beyond to make the room clean and tidy - such as rolling any lose electronic charges for us and keeping things tidy twice a day. The guys that helped us with the bags were patient and helped us while we tried to fit our now 4 bags after 5 weeks of travel into our rental vehicle. Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome and stay.

I encountered an issue with the room temperature system, but the hotel’s response was truly impressive. Upon reporting the problem, they promptly attempted to fix it. Realizing it couldn’t be resolved immediately, they sincerely apologized and offered me an alternative room without delay. I was deeply moved by their swift and heartfelt service, which greatly enhanced my stay

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, restored to perfect condition. Rooms were a little small but with beautiful view. Staff at every level were totally professional. Uros, the concierge assisted my wife and I daily to plan several itineraries that all turned out to be fantastic. The level of service he provided about everything we needed was over the top!

We had a wonderful anniversary at the Mandarin Oriental Luzern. The staff was super friendly, we were checked in by Stephanie at the front desk, she was so accommodating and nice. The customer service was amazing. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast had a great variety and the customer service from the staff there was friendly as well. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back and recommend the Madarin Oriental to anyone who will be in Luzern.
