I recently enjoyed a massage at the Grand Hotel National in Lucerne, and it was a delightful experience. The serene atmosphere and spotless surroundings instantly put me at ease. Nicole Möbius, the masseuse, exhibited exceptional skills in addressing tense muscle areas. Her technique was both soothing and effective, providing a truly relaxing experience. I appreciated the attention to detail in creating a calm environment, making it a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and effective massage. Thanks!

What an overpriced hotel!! We had a lake view room - that we paid for! We ended up with a horrible small room with no view. They did nothing to make up for having to move to that kind of room. The room was on the other side of the hotel and if we left our room our key wouldn’t open the main door!!! They acted like they were doing us a favor. You could clearly tell that room was never used because the water came out brown. You know when the pipes haven’t been used in awhile. Plus there was a company Christmas party and it was so loud. Because of this company party there was no room service or anything!!! We were able to Get a bottle of wine. When we checked out they charged us something like 90 Francs for a bottle of wine that was 19.99 at the wine shop across the street. He even had the nerve to tell me he sent us the cheapest bottle they had. I kid you not he said that to me. If you don’t reak of money you are not welcome here. Highly disappointed in the hotel.

I have just checked in but I had to leave a review straight away because, wow, the staff in this hotel are phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, nothing was a stretch or impossible. Smooth check-in, the room is stunning and exceptional, and the location is just a skip and hop away from the main shopping strip. Thank you Grand Hotel National Luzern team.
