We enjoyed our visit the young lady at the desk was so sweet. We got upgraded to an inside room, which was small but doable. We had a balcony which was shared but the furniture was moldy and damp. I am not sure but after 4 days there I was sick, upon returning home Dr said I got mold in my lungs and have a bacterial infection. The breakfast was great, I think you need a car there unless you are happy taking a bus to city center everyday. The on-site restaurant was closed for dinner but we were able to walk to one right over the toll bridge which was awesome The people at hotel were really nice my only issue was the mold

Parking was a bit tight, low availability, £10 charge per stay. No Restaurant as advertised for meals. Breakfast was 5 star included in booking. View from our room was beautiful would be great in summer.

This hotel is lovely, the location is very good. Is just near the toll bridge(£1) crossing but depends which way you come. The breakfast was tasty, reception staff very friendly. The rooms are clean and modern looking. Been for a weekend away with my best friend.

This hotel is not very easy to get to and requires you to walk the last 50 yards down a.road with no pavements. Very quant and small hotel, we had a lovely 4 night stay. All staff were helpful and polite. We enjoyed "all-you-can-eat breakfast," which was included in the price. We had a lovely view of the river Avon and the working water mill from our room. This hotel has a large rear garden that backs onto the river. It also has and 2 bars. We could not get hot water to the shower, which was problematic.
