The room has the essentials to call it a hotel room. The basics, nothing more, nothing less. It's not pretty here, but fine. Bathroom is OK, clean, warm shower. The sticker on the bed says 'Diamond Soft', which is exactly what the matrass is: soft as diamonds. The road at night is pretty quiet, but the even numbered rooms on other side are quieter i guess. As the British say: the hotel is not too bad.

Comfortable bed, good air con. The shower is not good, but it's not terrible too. There is no curtains or anything to keep the water away from the toilet, so each bath turns the bathroom into a mess. Overall, I recommend it if you need a place to sleep after a trip or something. We went there to rest after Mae Hong Son loop before going to next destination. It was good enough for that.

I loved this place. I was looking for something quiet, away from hustle and bustle of city. Old City is just about 7-9 minute drive and nimman about 5-7 minutes. You'll definitely need a scooter or car unless you only go to city here and there. Great coffee nearby, a pizza place, 7-11 and a few local restaurants with great food. This place is very clean! As far as noise level goes I didn't have any issues. Same noises you'd here at any hotel. It has 24hr reception and a scan key entry. I felt very safe there. Only thing I wish they had was a hot water pitcher and maybe a toaster for downstairs in common area so people could use it for their own coffee/bread purchases.
