I enjoyed and was satisfied with everything. We went there by public transport so it was just a little bit uncomfortable for us by depending on buying free transport tickets. But basic service and room were so good. I enjoyed walking around garden in the morning. I recommend you to eat breakfast buffet there.

This hotel was amazing! The ladies at the front desk were SO helpful. It was such a beautiful place to stay and we had so much help with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The restaurants are reservation only and full course meals, it is on the pricey side but worth it for what you get. Our room was lake view and we were lucky enough to see Mt. Fuji.

Stayed here for only one night near the end of our stay. Fantastic hotel and in retrospect would have spent longer here. The service is top notch from the start. Rooms are gorgeous and we were fortunate to have a lakeside view. The onsen are great with wonderful views of the mountain. There is a lovely trail you can walk/jog on right outside the hotel. Only drawback is it's far from the Odawara station. We took taxis there and back. There is also an option of a hotel shuttle but it does not come that frequently and so did not work with our schedules. Overall fantastic and would be excited to stay here again.

Out of all the five hotels I stayed at in Japan, this place was my favourite. The view from the room was amazing. You can have a coffee out on the balcony overlooking Lake Ashinoko and Mt Fuji. The staff were super friendly and the food at the buffets were very tasty. The hot spring was also amazing with the outside view of Mt Fuji. It’s walking distance to local attractions or has shuttle services. I would highly recommend booking the hotel bus from/to Odawara because public transport will take much longer. It is a fair way out of the way but it was worth it for the peace and scenery. Wish I could’ve stayed more than a night! Thank you team!

The location is right next to the lake. The view is very good. The room is also large, but a bit old. There are always cleaning staff to keep the open air onsen clean. Although I didn't have dinner in the restaurant, the room service meals were good, a little expensive. The breakfast restaurant is very elegant and the food is good It’s a pity that the free bus to Odawara Station has not too many
