The location of the hotel is great as the metro station can be reached with a short walk. The rooms were fine. It seems like they have been renovated recently. However, during our stay, there was no water available in toilets at night, which was bizzare - so we were not able to shower after a long day of sightseeing or even brush teeth at night. The worst thing was that there was no advanced notice on this, and the hotel staff made zero effort to provide alternative solutions. My 5-year-old was covered with soap with no water to clean, and the guy from the reception was like, "What can I do? There is no water in the whole area. ". This was not a one-off issue. This problem occurred on all 3 nights we were there. There was no apology from the hotel either - the situation was handled poorly. Also, there was no room service provided, so the rooms were not cleaned daily. The staff spoke limited english, which also made the communication a bit difficult at times. No parking is available at the hotel, so we had to park nearby and pay around 350 Lira/day - it's something to bear in mind, but this would be the case everywhere in Istanbul.

The hotel was nice and was easy to go to places from there. The only issue we faced is that at night the water ran out and we weren’t informed prior that this happen to the hotel every night. Otherwise, we could save some water for night to use.

The room was OK. Staff did not speak English much, and the main reason for 2 stars is because every night, we experienced that water turned off after 8:30pm, couldn't even brush teeth at night, nor shower after long days of visiting places
