This is a truly lovely hotel with excellent customer service. The staff are so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms are all different - luxurious and spacious. Tea and coffee available in every floor. Located in a quieter and interesting part of the city, but still central. Highly recommended for a special stay.

I write, having just returned from a 3 night stay at The Queensberry Hotel, and what a fantastic time we had. All staff that we interacted with were nothing but friendly, courteous & professional. All taking every opportunity to assist and make sure we were adequately catered for. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which had been booked to celebrate my birthday. I will certainly be looking to stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending both the location, hotel, facilities & staff. :-)

We have been in London for the last 10 days and came to bath for a quick overnight. What a treat!! The rooms are all so unique, but gorgeous. And hello, there is a huge claw foot bathtub!! The color schemes, the sitting rooms, the staff, they were all perfect!

Spent 3 nights for my 50th birthday celebrations in Bath. We had a four poster suite that was amazing, with one of the largest bathrooms I've ever seen (including a double shower, free standing bath, double sink and make-up desk including a Dyson hair dryer). 3 days before arrival I was contacted by the hotel regarding any special wishes for our stay. All of these were taken care of and additionally there was a bottle of fizz in our room on arrival as I'd mentioned I was in town for my birthday. Check in was smooth - we were a bit early but the room was ready so after the formalities (including valet parking the car) we were shown to our room where the luggage was already situated. Our rate included breakfast and I have to say each day I took the cooked English. The quality of the ingredients was top drawer. The only niggle which I believe is a result of the booking site I used is that it's not "all inclusive" - you each get a 25 GBP allowance, and anything over this is charged to your room. I didn't raise this as we were never in danger of going over it, but if you indulge in a glass of bubbles in the morning for 17GBP you will likely end up paying on top. The hotel charges a 5% fee on top of the bill that goes to the staff - this is made very clear at time of booking, and on check out that it's optional. The staff did a great job and personally I prefer this method than having to carry lots of cash and tipping each time. The only other observation - the Wifi and cell phone reception is terrible. I didn't raise this as we were there on a private trip, but if I'd been there on business having to do conference calls it would have been an issue. All in all a memorable stay and well worth the money for that special treatment!
