Highly recommend this hotel. It is a modern hotel nestled in the heart of Athens. It was only 2 streets away from the major road in this area, making it easily accessible, but hidden from (most of) the noise of the night. Each staff member was incredibly kind and helpful in every interaction. Rooms were clean, modern, and updated. Breakfast was great and the rooftop bar at night adds a perfect touch to the end of a night, looking into the Acropolis. Would certainly stay here again if I come back to Athens.

The hotel is lovely, perfectly located everything was is in walking distance. All the staff are super lovely, Lucy and Christina were very easy to interactive with. Lucy was very welcoming and engaging, always assisted me with a smile and allowing me to use the facilities even after I checked out. Christina makes the best breakfast especially the scrambled eggs. The room was very tidy and clean. Will definitely be coming back.

The Residence – Christokopidou Hotel & Spa is fantastic! It's right in the heart of Athens within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Our room was just right and the staff was the BEST! Always courteous and extremely helpful. They ordered taxis, made reservations and helped with all of the other accommodations we needed. They make a great breakfast in the morning that you can enjoy in your room or upstairs on the roof with a great view. In the evening, you can also enjoy the rooftop bar and jacuzzi and they even have an indoor pool. Shout out to Lucy in particular who was wonderful, always with a smile on her face to greet us. HIGHLY recommend!

The residence is a fine designed place to stay with modern aesthetics and very clean rooms. The services are excellent and the stuff polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was a bliss , high quality food. However the street is very busy and there is too much noise during the night especially at the weekends. The walls also are not so sound proof if you want to wake up later in the morning. However, it is recommended if you want to feel the vibe of the downtown center of athens. The parking is with fee.

It is a small hotel in a good location, that is all. They are pretentious and say they pay great attention to client's needs, so they asked us at the pre check-in stage (two weeks earlier than our arrival) if we had any special requests. We replied by mentioning that we are vegan, and they said they would inform the breakfast department. Sadly, they did not, and we had to eat the little we could despite having paid for a full breakfast. Plus, the hotel has a bureaucratic and weird policy: "You have to order breakfast each day before 6 pm", or you will not have the right to have breakfast, which is quite stressful when one is on holiday. Ian and Alessandro. Please make arrangements for vegan and vegetarian breakfast!!!!
