Overall, an unforgettable resort. Mario, Mint, and Beauty are just to name a few of the staff members who went above and beyond, but everyone was lovely— from housekeeping, concierge, to restaurant staff. The food and selection of restaurants are wonderful, especially with the different themed nights. We were sad to miss the fire show (next trip!). The villas are simply incredible. We already arranged our own excursions and transportation, but the hotel offers a huge selection and assistance with these. We will be back! You cannot go wrong with the Ritz. Also, it’s a quick trip to/from the airport, and it’s easy to get to other parts of the island. Edit: After reading the poor reviews— people mentioned the wait for a buggy and the resort not being walkable. Personally, unless you’re elderly with poor mobility or handicapped, we were able to walk everywhere. Yes, it can be a little hot, but we always encountered numerous staff asking if we needed a ride, and whenever leaving the pool or restaurant, the staff asked if we needed a buggy. The buggy is an amenity, so a little wait (if at all) was not a complaint on our end.

This is an excellent hotel that offers a very quiet and sophisticated space for adults. During the stay, not only was it possible to relax in the pleasant tranquility, but the restaurants inside the hotel also served exceptionally fresh and delicious cuisine. One particularly impressive aspect was the outstanding service from the staff. Sunny, who assisted us, greeted us with a wonderful smile and promptly attended to any issues we had. His thoughtful assistance maintained a pleasant, non-intrusive, yet attentive demeanor that made our stay feel special. When visiting again next time, I definitely want to meet Sunny once more. While the charm of The Ritz-Carlton is undeniable, his hospitable nature undoubtedly elevates the stay to something truly exceptional. I can't wait to return.

Love this resort so much! First it’s set in the middle of a beautiful piece of land with gorgeous vegetation all around. The private Villa with the pool on the beach is absolutely incredible! The view is stunning and the sound of the waves is super relaxing while you sleep at night. The resort offers multiple restaurants, sports facilities, pools, beaches and incredible accommodation. All the staff is lovely, especially the communications manager, Mr. Agung, who is a total sweetheart, who looked after me. If you are looking for palm trees, clear blue skies and beach front property, this is your place!

Ritz-Carlton lives up to its reputation, consistently delivering professionalism and top-notch service. The brand is built on the pillars of elegance and style, and this location is no exception. I've stayed at multiple Ritz-Carlton properties and have yet to be let down. The staff here were as courteous as ever, and the premises were impeccably maintained. Their commitment to high standards is clear. The pool was fantastic and family-friendly. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a host of excellent dining and nightlife options. What stood out most, however, was the sense of privacy and serenity during my stay. We definitely plan to return.

I stayed at The Ritz Carlton for my honeymoon for 5 days in the Terrace King Suite. The staffs there have been very helpful from assisting me to organize trips to the marine park to making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Breakfast has a very nice selection from western offerings to asian delicacies. There were also days where they organized complimentary free flow of drinks at the Hotel's bar for those who like to have a drink or two before dinner. On top of that they have gifted us with complimentary upgrade to one of their pool villas overlooking the sea on our last night staying there! Thank you to the Ritz-Carlton team!
