Good Location. 👍 2 of free bottles water everyday. 👍 water supply and fan in onsen.👍 Nice and polite staff.👍 it isn't plastic toilet. good space and feel comfortable. The bathroom is bigger than the other same grade hotel. 👍👍👍 Many kind of foods in breakfast but it is the same everyday. If you hv a little of changes as well.

Good for a small 3.5-star hotel, cheapest rooms I stayed in on my trip. Nice closet shower was the best of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Japan. Firm bed, hard pillows, but normal for Japanese hotels, from what I saw. Good A/C, but only goes down to 20C (needs to be 19 or 18 in my opinion). Didn't use the laundry service so can't comment. Would consider staying here again if in Nagoya.

I stayed here many times for business. The Bathing facilities are great, with a large bath and artwork to enjoy. They have laundry, but more machines would be helpful. I stayed a few times, it would be good if they remembered me when I arrived each time rather than feeling like new guest. The hotel is very clean, well located, and comfortable. They are considerate to travels including English sheets to explain the room controls.

One of the major reason I picked this hotel to stay while I was in Nagaya was its location and the pricing. I had to travel back and forth via the JR for the duration and this hotel fitted my needs. 2nd floor is the hotel lobby as well as the buffet restaurant. For my stay, a meal was included. I had to head out before my check in time so I went in leaving my luggages for storage. I wished that they informed me that the meal could also be dinner at the time I left my luggage so I couldn't have dinner before returning. As the next morning when I was having breakfast, there weren't much I wanted to consume. The amenities are lobby pick up, I don't recall seeing Lotion. That was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, it was quite a comfortable stay.
