Was shocked when I was charged for parking as it didn't state that you had to on the booking. At first sight the hotel seems run down but the NJ restaurant looked lovely. The bar had a good choice of drinks and was open late. The room was outdated but served its purpose. The bathroom was a bit small and hard to keep the floor dry when the shower was on. The staff were fantastic and helpful and I loved the breakfast. I will be back as we had such a great time. 👍

This is a wonderful hotel for a night or two in Blackpool. The service is fantastic and the facilities are excellent. The room was slightly dated but couldn't fault it at all in terms of cleanliness. The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful and a credit to the hotel. The location is excellent too. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was good for the price but I didn't liked that the male employee with the earrings knocked at night to our hoteldoor room and was asking for sex. Breakfast was also really poor no any choices. I tried to order a european breakfast but they said they only did English breakfast and that was so cheap and disgusting that we had to eat somewhere else in Blackpool.
