I had a short term stay here. The location is nice as it is close to the Jett bus offices. The twin room I stayed in was clean, fresh and decent. The staff were also quite friendly and hospitable and the breakfast was pleasant.

The facility is good but management definitely needs to improve. Then it deserves a 4 star rating. The twin rooms are average. But the family suits are definitely of better quality.

I don't recommend it at all. One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel has excellent infrastructure. But mismanagement has made him a nightmare and a healthy cunning. The bad smell from the rooms. The covers are not clean. Apathy of employees. I feel sad how a building like this turned into a disaster because of poor management. Annoying sounds from the lobby and screaming during the night. The air conditioning is controlled from below. One of the rooms was hot and the other was cold. We asked for covers and no one cared about us. I wish there would be more attention from management to facilities.

I stayed there for 2 days and my booking was for 3 days. The hotel was in good location but the staff was friendly. I checked in on 13 August 2022 at 6 pm, my room was in 5th floor and my room number was 503. when i enter to my room for the first time i didn't found shower gel or shampoo or soap and i found also used towel behind the bathroom door, also i found the safe was locked. in the second day in the morning i asked housekeeping in the floor to clean my room and to put shampoo, shower gel and soap and she said sure sure we will do that. at 7 pm in the night i back to my room and i found the room was as i left in the morning and they didn't clean the room and they didn't enter to my room and in that day i kept "clean my room sign" on the door. i request from the reception twice in that day and they didn't send and also the safe was locked and i asked them to open it and they ignore my request. When i called the reception again and i complained about everything they send someone with shampoo and 2 towels and he was apologize about housekeeping and let me talk to housekeeping lady which said to me "we are so sorry because we didn't clean your room, we was very busy and under pressure" really i was shocked from her reasons and decided to check out from this hotel in the next day. it was very bad experience and never ever will go to this hotel again and i advise everyone thinking in this hotel to find another hotel because this hotel is not good and this happens when you book cheap price you will go cheap hotel in services, in food and in everything. this hotel deserve 1 star hotel not 3 stars. it's not fair to give 3 stars to bad hotel like that.

The hotel is designed nicely but they missed out little things the final touches of cleaning.Breakfast is okay, chef doesn’t know how to make omelettes. Guy in the morning grey suit good service polite and helpful think he can do a better job of making omelette then chef. Microwave is burnt thankfully had a kettle.irons are awful one totally burnt others leaking. Would I stay again some serious improvements on minor details are needed to make it wow. Quick service would be great.
