Staff was nice and helpful, there’s an elevator so that great, room was comfortable. I had a private shower which was convenient but the toilet is shared for the floor. I had no problems with that because it’s one private toilet instead of a series of stalls and it’s easier to share a toilet than a shower. There’s probably no more than 10 rooms either. However, that’s only for select rooms so read the description of the room you’re booking if that’s your preference. It’s a great price for the city, less than 20 minutes from Gare du Nord and Louvre. The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is it’s loud at night. Typical for the city, not really the property’s fault but people should be prepared. It is what it is.

Nice and cosy. Location and owner are great. This is not a fancy hotel but great budget if you like to have your own room. Owner was really helpful and friendly.

Great location near lots of shops and restaurants and public transport, easy to walk to major train stations or to visit the Louvre. The room was surprisingly large and very comfortable. Room 410 was at the back of the property so quiet and no city noise. However it was very warm, no air-con or fan provided, so was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night, even with the window open. Shared toilet was clean. Unfortunately there was some rude and rowdy people staying in my floor - they were shouting and laughing and slamming doors at 1.30am. This ruined my stay and I only got a few hours sleep before I needed to catch my train.

Disappointed. The good ratings made me book here. At the price we paid (180 Euro / night) I would have expected more. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the nice man at breakfast, but the room itself is very simple and basic, no air-conditioning, which is terrible in the summer. Ceilings very low making the bathroom quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but only if included in the price anyway. The hotel as the exhibition is unauthorized and the lacking of some deeper understanding of Banksys art is clearly viable. Not a terrible experience per se, but certainly a one off. PS: We found it slightly ironic that a Banksy-styled hotel would be using Amazon Basic products everywhere ;)

Nice hotel with basic amenities and a great location! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and everything is kept clean and organized. The breakfast is scarce in variance but has the french basics (even though there's little seating and one sometimes has to wait for a table to be available). Overall, a good option, that's a little pricey for the hotel but okay for the location.
