I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this Westin! The level of service and care the entire staff demonstrated here really elevated the entire experience. Starting with the rooms, the furniture and decor was a bit dated and I’d normally give a lower rating because of this but everything else made up for this fact so it’s easy to overlook. Staff at checkin was fantastic and helpful in getting a room a bit earlier than expected. As a Marriott member, the upgrade was perfect and the lounge was top notch offering lots of great drinks and snacks throughout the day. The hotel even surprised me with a gift upon arrival of fruit and chocolates in my room. The location is super central and easily accessible by all the major transit systems. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be right between the historical old town and the bustling business areas of Warsaw.

The experience this time was truly negative. The housekeeping service falls short of the average and the reception was not supportive when I voiced my concern. Although I have stayed here before, this will definitely be my last visit due to the apathetic and unsympathetic attitude displayed.

Great hotel however the presence of dogs which were not service animals left me with having to leave the Bonvoy lounge on more than one occasion. I guess staff does not enforce rules. Dogs do not belong in places where food is served
