I was very disappointed with my second stay in one of the Apartment4you apartments. It was awful due to the found everywhere bedbugs… My sister and her husband were literally bitten by them. Administrator refused to believe us, even after sent proves with photos. It was the worst service we ever experienced. Be aware of this, it looks like the same could happen to everyone… Let’s start from the careful situation review. The administrator was very rude and entered to the apartment without any requests and permissions. Then screamed so loud that one guest had to move to the sleeping room to hear at list something at the online courses he was attempting. Next, we provided the body of the killed bug. And the administrator didn’t want to use it as a prove. Everyone knows that it’s hard to see a bedbug during the day! Thus, I want to highlight once again, that the administrator was extremely impolite! The problem is quite huge, the bites and harm we got from these bedbugs are still bringing pain. I wish all the best to the new customers and this apartment visitors in order not to face this bugs as we did. Just wanted to make everyone aware of this problem in this place and make a wise choice.

It was the worst stay ever in Warsaw. We stayed in one of the Apartment4you apartments. It was awful due to the found everywhere bedbugs… Me and my husband were bitten by them. On the second day of our stay we came to the administrator but she refused to believe us, saying that nobody before had said about this issue and asked for the supporting photos. The next day we sent proofs with photos but they still didn't believe us. It was the worst service we ever experienced. Be aware of this, it looks like the same could happen to everyone… On the day we sent the confirmation photos, the administrator was very rude and entered the apartment and started to speak very loudly. My husband had an online course and had to move to the sleeping room to hear at least something. Next, we provided the body of the killed bad bug. And the administrator didn’t want to use it as a prove. Everyone knows that it’s hard to see a bedbug during the day! Thus, I want to highlight once again, that the administrator was extremely impolite! The problem is quite huge, the bites and harm we got from these bedbugs are still bringing pain. And finally here are some photos attached, since the administration wasn’t even able to answer my sister's email. I wish all the best to the new customers and this apartment visitors in order not to face this bugs as we did.

Overall the stay in apartment #18 is cozzy, easy to get access and feel like home. The apartment looks exactly the same as shown in web page. Furniture are mostly IKEA which is trendy looking but not that solid or durable, however for a short stay still acceptable. There are lots of storage cabinet and space to accommodate 4 adults daily life. Balcony is fantastic ! Supermarket Biedronka is within 5mins walk and 2 convenient store Zabka are within 1 min walk. My experience is Zabka already good enough to buy sandwich, fruit and drinks with even lower price. During Sunday one of the Zabka still open, and we really appreciate it provided the opportunity to refill water and snacks. Google map business hours in Warsaw are not that reliable (e.g. old town restaurant open till 23:00 but we enjoy dinner till 23:30). Please do check on your own. However it’s not easy to get onto the 2nd floor reception upon arrival, or enter to the apartment because of the door issue. The key points are : 1. Have to input the code and pull the door promptly right after a sound 2. Need to apply some forces to pull and open. We dared not do so and fear of damage on the door in the beginning and hence always failed to open it. The staff came to help us speedily. Some other problems like flooded drain holes, bad sink smell, shortage of dish wash machine tabs and malfunction ceiling light were resolved quickly. Although it takes 8-10mins walk to take bus or tram, it’s always convenient to use Uber or Bolt to old town, Warsaw University, shopping center Zlote Tarasy, Palace of culture and science and etc…
