Very good value for money. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the walls are quite thin and it can affect If you are a light sleeper. Other than that definitely worth it.

Check in was a quick process. Was immediately recommended about the Saturday night market and Sunday market. And shown where it was. Both in walking distance. The room has a fresh scent of flowers/perfume. Beds are medium-hard. But still very comfortable. The hotel is located in a side alley. Coffee/Tea and toast served in the morning Laundry service 70 bath Overall a nice hotel. Was a bit worried about the location and cleanliness befors check in. But ok for the a couple of nights. Would probably not pick this place for a longer stay. Wish the hotel could be better maintained as you can see in the shower. But still the rooms feels clean. The faucet in the bathroom was a bit loose. Update: the second day after being out some things in the room has been fixed. The faucet is no longer loose. And the shower rack has been replaced.

Love the modern feel of the room. The bed is really comfortable and room is pretty clean. Our room is near the lobby on the ground floor so it can be quite noisy sometimes but since the hotel is quite small, there are not many traffic of people. Staff are friendly and helpful and it's nice to have some toast, banana, and coffee and tea in the morning. The only drawback is the location. There's 7-11 nearby but it's not really near the attractions and the area around it's not really happening. The hotel is also located along a narrow alley. But overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Staff was excellent, super helpful and friendly! Plus location was GREAT, everything was walking distance, great tours offering. However, the room was not as we expected based on the pictures. When we arrived the bed sheets were not entirely clean, the towels were very old and quite greyish (they were supposed to be white towels), and the sink was blocked. The receptionist did immediately change the sheets and towels (still very old and with some stains) and fixed the sink but wasn’t expecting to have these many problems for a 4 star hotel. Also the bathroom was quite deteriorated and the fixtures really rusty. Finally, the shower glass when it got steamy after the first shower I saw a heart with two initials which means the glass was not properly cleaned. :| Hopefully this can help the staff to review the room cleaning standards
