Second time being there with cristmas because of visiting family. The lobby looks really nice and the staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. The only thing that could be better is the fridge in the room its a bit small.

The hotel was very well dressed for Christmas, only in the restaurant they forgot our main course which made us almost came too late for a show. And afterwards there was a band playing in the foyer which was right under our room. It wasn't too busy in the hotel, so they could have given us a other room in advance.

Beautiful & peaceful. Breakfast buffet also had a great selection. The staff was very courteous. Language was never an issue when it came to customer service. It was also very helpful to open windows to have fresh air daily in the rooms. I will return in the future.

Worst Van der Valk ever. Upon check-in, there was a problem with parking. Only one parking space with charging! The workers insisted that we use their terribly inconvenient underground parking. And only when we had already scratched the car and I came angry to ask where we could park the car, it turned out that there were 3 (!!!) huge parking lots nearby. There are stains on the bed in the room. The door to the bathroom is hanging in the air, very noisy. The shower is small. The view from the balcony sucks. Only the pool turned out to be good, but there is also a problem - lockers, in order to hide your things you need to have a coin of 2 euros with you. Some last century.
