The absolute worst hotel we have ever been to in Jordan. In the room we were greeted by a bed with filthy ripped bedsheets. There was another hotel room behind the door in the room, so we could hear literally every word our neighbor said. They sent us for dinner at 8 o'clock, unfortunately there was practically nothing left for it, not even ordinary pita bread! Just empty bowls. Thanks God for shawarma restaurant in the street. Breakfast similar, absolutely no choice, we had to wait half an hour for eggs. Definitely don't stay in this "hotel"!

I stayed 3 weeks , one of my T shirts was stolen from the room , on my checking out they asked me to pay one extra day because they say it was miss calculation in no. Of days. which I don’t believe it , they have disco in the basement music is very loudly until 3 Am. I don’t recommend for families

This was my favourite hotel during my trip. The location is great, tons of cheap food nearby and a mall. Area is safe, parking is included, water is hot, and staff is extremely polite. I felt it was great value for money. There's also a gift shop in the hotel and a few steps from it in case you forget to pick them up before.

This isn't a 5-star hotel, and it doesn't claim to be. It is, however, very clean, comfortable, and reasonably-priced. My best friend and I truly enjoyed our stay while visiting Amman last week. The staff there is truly friendly and helpful, from the clerks at the front desk to the bartenders to the security officers who keep watch over the front door and the parking area. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with great air conditioning, a mini fridge, a coffee and tea making station, and a safe. We had a rental car, and we always were provided with free parking in front of the hotel, which the security staff keeps reserved for hotel guests. Breakfast in the mornings is very good with both hot and cold options. Even though the hotel is located in an area with lots of options for shopping, dining, and drinking, most evenings, we chose to stay at the hotel, which includes a really nice, friendly, and reasonably-priced bar as well as a separately-owned Italian restaurant with great food and an excellent staff. My friend and I truly enjoyed Amman, and we're so much looking forward to going back there soon. We can't even imagine staying at any other hotel. I highly recommend the Torino Hotel for anyone planning a stay in Amman.
