Beautiful! We loved every second of our time here. My wife and I are newly married and stayed here one night on our honey moon and wish we could have stayed our whole trip. The staff was so nice it felt like a small B&B. On our arrival they provided us a bottle of wine and congratulations card for our marriage which was a nice touch! Also the next morning the included room service in bed was fabulous. It truly got our day off to a great start. Only slight downside was it was a 15 minute walk to the downtown but it was a pretty walk by the harbor. I cant wait to come back and stay here!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It might be difficult to find the entrance door because it's not obviously branded as "Tower Suites", but they send a detailed email on how to get in - it's very easy to follow the steps. We were met by a very friendly and helpful staff member on the 20th floor who got us all set up. The suite is absolutely gorgeous, with killer full-wall views of Reykjavik. They offer all the amenities - snacks and drinks included, with an additional fee for alcoholic beverages. There's no attached restaurant so they bring you breakfast in your room at your requested time. Our suite had a tub with scalding hot water, and that killer view again. And did I mention that the room is GORGEOUS?? Honestly, I would come back to Iceland just to stay here again. It is absolutely worth the price to stay here, even for a couple of nights.

Spent 4 nights in suite 2 which is a large corner suite. It was a birthday treat and it was worth it. Great location away from the hustle of the city centre but an easy walk to nightlife. The suites are on the 20th floor and the views are amazing especially at night over city lights. Breakfast was a real surprise. We had a great selection of food delivered to the room each morning. The honesty bar/lounge is a great amenity to grab a nightcap or just a coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking provided in the underground. I highly recommend booking!

We just stayed at the Suites in room #4 from 10/5-10/7. Room was clean, but the noise made it horrible and really ruined our stay. We thought it would be worthy to share that we had a very okay experience and we felt disappointed that we weren’t advised before hand (right when we booked) that a huge corporate party right below us would be taking place. We had a “I am sorry” gift on our table, which was considerate but too late. We should have known about this prior to arrival. We would have reconsidered our booking and went somewhere else. This was clearly known prior as the woman in the lobby said it happens 1x a year. It was extremely loud, the base was shaking our room nonstop you couldn’t even have a conversation (this was for hours). We weren’t able to rest after a long day touring. We actually ended up leaving for a few hours to avoid the disruption. Then when we arrived back, there were alcohol bottles and cigarettes all over the front of the entrance way, it was disgusting. Also drunk people asking for rides and acting obnoxiously. In addition, we weren’t asked if we wanted anything or needed anything upon departure. The 2 ladies at the front just kept talking to themselves and were completely disregarding our departure. Lastly, we heard them talking this AM which was disruptive this morning before we even left our bed. We were in room 4, which is close to the entrance and very noisy and loud. We were disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of honesty, disruptive nature and cold demeanor was off putting.

The hotel is about 10 suites located in the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavík. With full length windows, you get to see amazing skyline views of the city. Check-in process is easy, for us we got a code since we were arriving around 12am. Parking is free. The location is little outside of downtown of Reykjavík, about 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. But there are bus stop right next to the hotel. The room is gorgeous. It’s spacious with a bar like high desk behind the bed. Huge closet to put and hang all the stuff. The bathroom has separate standing shower, and a hot tub. It also has full length window to enjoy the skyline while soaking in the tub. They provide free breakfast, pretty decent for a free one. It has variety of items like bread, cheese, fruits, cereal, eggs, milk, cucumber and avocado. They confirm breakfast time the day before, and bring it to the room in a trolley. There’s a common area in the middle of the floor to get drinks, ice, snacks, coffee, water and tea. There couches and high tables to hang out and enjoy the Reykjavík skyline. Overall we loved the hotel and their service. It was almost self-serve, and we liked that experience.
