The place is outstanding, and great location. Service must be improved, I think a nicer welcoming feeling is needed. I reserved our stay at Marriott website, a double queen room, but at out arrival the lady said they didn't have available that room... I told her it was OK for me to downgrade for a night, which was what she offered, but told her they should update the rate for our stay because a smaller room comes at smaller cost... After mention two or three times I want them to update the cost, she told me that she was sorry but she just found out there was a room like the one I originally booked :/ (I have read other reviews and it seems that this happens a lot if booking from a third party... But I am not sure).... There are no safes in the room, but the rooms are very nice, we really like it, also the breakfast, which was like in all hotels that comes with the breakfast included, basic and the same options every day. I read reviews saying they have no warm water... That was not our problem, shower was amazing, roomy and very hot water. They charge during check in an extra 20% to the daily cost as a safety deposit for extra charges to the rooms if this are made, like parking. They are supposed to reimburse that in the next three days... We are waiting for it.

This hotel had everything I needed if I had stayed a week. It had a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. Stove top and dishes. The room was a great size even though it had 2 queen beds in it. The bathroom crisp white and clean. I will definitely stay there again

The "pull-out sofa" just folds out into a wooden block with NO mattress topper padding. Our floors were sticky, the extra bedding had human hair all over it, and the toilet needed repair, and the bed was a size smaller than what we booked. One of the front desk employees was incredibly rude. Supposedly, the only cushioning they can offer for the sofa bed is an extra comforter. What a joke. The entire place looks like it was built as cheaply as possible, and then they tried to hide it with modern Ikea decor. Obviously, we did not stay.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! The reviews may seem good… which is why we booked it but we had a horrible stayed when we went. The first day the lady at the front desk was racist towards us. The next day we went out for over 8 hours and came back to the room the same Way we left it because we were not informed that we had to tell front desk we wanted our room cleaned daily. The king room we booked was not a king bed, it was definitely smaller… and hard as a rock. The shower head pressure was extremely low and we informed front desk but they did nothing about it. One day we came back to our room and they had left all the dirty towels in a pile in our room after “cleaning” it. Everytime i would ask for a manager they would tell me “there is no manager working today”. This hotel is horrible and the staff are so rude and inconsiderate. Do not book.

Great location, but stayed three days and NO HOT WATER! Complained to desk and they said it was half the building. The best they could offer was to use a room on the other side of the hotel to shower our last day. Hot desk was rude and cavalier about it. If I'm spending $200 a night for a hotel room and it's 80 degrees outside I expect to have hot water warmer than 60 available for a shower. Again, great local, but terrible service and no hot water
