I really like the house so much , the whole place was clean and the area was so quite & safe , not many things around but you can easily take the bus , my only problem was that you need to check-in in another place near Kyoto station and it took us 30 min by bus to arrive to the house after that , it might be a struggle if you had many luggage with you , other than that it’s a perfect place for trying something different.

This is a typical Kyoto-style townhouse that has been beautifully renovated and was a comfortable stay. I think it's a good deal if you stay with a family with children or a large group of people. good point The atmosphere of the townhouse is really nice. I was happy to find that all rooms had heating and air conditioning installed before I checked in. You can check out by locking the front door. Points of concern Cleaning is not thorough. (A hairpin was found in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror and sink were dirty. There was hair on the floor. There was dust on the air conditioner filter.) As for eating and drinking, there are not many restaurants nearby, so we recommend ordering delivery or buying food and cooking. However, there are no seasonings, so you will need to purchase them. Also, there are not many types of plates, so it would be better to have paper plates. Overall, if you don't mind the small details, it was a great townhouse inn.

I wanted to stay in a tenement house, so I searched for it and found it. Beautifully renovated and very comfortable ❗ It would be difficult to move around with luggage by bus or train, but this inn was a great place to soothe your tiredness. The bathroom is dark due to indirect lighting. The bathtub was dazzling with the reflection off the silver drain. The bed was comfortable~👍️ I want to go again ❤️
