Staff friendly, but they have to be as we were told they must get 5 start reviews. Always question the 5 star reviews as staff push for them. Rooms compact with self catering facilities except no cups ( for tea or coffee ) no cutlery etc. Been travelling through Vietnam for 3 weeks now and the nosiest hotel you will encounter due to traffic AND work being done on the building that we were not warned about as hammers banging early doors means you have a rude awakening. Would I stay here again ?? Absolutely not. And always being ask for cash for every transaction is off putting.

Excellent apartment hotel. Rooms are well equipped with mini kitchens. Location is a 10 minute walk from the lake / night market. Staff are friendly and helpful. All the equipment works. Wi-Fi is fast, we were able to download TV.

Perfect location in the heart of Dalat. The furthest attraction is a 15 minute walk, most everything else much closer. Great food and restaurants right outside the door. The lobby is perfect for watching traffic and enjoying a coffee. Beautiful modern, spacious, comfortable rooms with views of the canal and city below. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be returning to TTR central when we return to Dalat.

We stayed here for 3nights. The staff were excellent. The room was super clean. Most of all, since we are not Vietnamese, we had no clew what the tv program was saying but, the Tv had the YouTube app installed. With the YouTube app, we were able to look for the great place to go with In the city. Also, you can rent a scooter for a day or half day. The condition of the scooter was great. They can book the FUTA bus for you and have the shuttle bus to pick you up. I recommend this hotel very much.
