The City View location is really top notch. Close to the night market and local restaurants. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly! Would definitely come back the next time I'm in Da Lat!

Super terrible service! Tree people terrorised me and my family about stupidly question. We pre booked 2 luxury rooms and shows all pictures documents, but they asked from us immediately showed originals. My documents stay with my lawyer and I can not show it. Totally after hour of negotiations manager refused and canceled my booking. We must move to another hotel.

Clean Hotel and great place. It's not to far from Dalat Night market, u can go by walk. Quite place. There is no AC, only ceiling fan, buts is ok, in Dalat is quite cold. Bathroom clean.

The room we had was not with A/C - only a fan. The humidity in the room was really high without anything to do - when we left the hotel to go to another hotel we needed to have all our clothes washed because it was really moisted for 3 nights at the hotel. The room was really small and all of the room and toilet smelled really bad, like urin which we told the staff but it did not seem to help. When we checked in the receptionist were clearly sick and should have stayed at home - we were having a great distance to him because we were afraid of getting sick ourselves. The location is OK - we could walk to the most things.
