This hotel was perfect. The location is amazing. The rooms, bar, lobby and outdoor seating were very nice. But mostly the service. My husband ended up having to spend time in a hospital on the island. It was Soo scary. But the staff helped with everything. They were part of my support team for 3 days. I have and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice air conditioned room in a perfect location. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We were able to check in really early and they have a free bag drop service. Housekeeping are incredible, our room was exceptionally clean and serviced everyday with new bed sheets and towels.

Great location near water bus stop, only need to walk 2-3 min through a narrow ally and you are at the hotel. Room is very clean. Our room is basic full bed room and it has enough room for 2. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 am so if you need to leave early to the airport, consider not to purchase the last days breakfast. Orange Line of the water bus, at the same stop, will take you to the airport in 70 minutes.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We stayed in room 801 where our views were amazing! I'd wake up every morning, open the balcony doors and spend hours watching the vaporettos, water taxis and gondolas coming and going. The room was air-conditioned, comfortable, clean and very nicely designed. Alessandro and Donatella took care of us each morning with delicious cappuccinos and breakfast served in our room. Their hospitality and kindness was exceptional and made our stay in Venice the best we've experienced! I was sad to have to leave but grateful to have found this gem in Venice!
