We were super impressed with this hotel! It’s definitely the best place to stay if you’re visiting Universal Studios. The pool area is incredible and the poolside service was impressive (some of the friendliest I have seen). The food at the pool was very good too. They play movies at night but they had an issue with player on two nights. The Palm restaurant didn’t impress us and can be missed. Our room was simple but nice. The cleaning staff did a good job but came too late in the day a few times. The hotel fixed the situation quickly though.

Great experience over-all! Early park admission, unlimited express passes for everyone staying in the room, cleanliness of the room, friendliness of the staff, the proximity to the park including the walkway, the water taxi and the voucher from The Kitchen given to our 4 year old for her birthday. Will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

This hotel may seem pricey at first, be t when you realize you get unlimited Express tickets with your stay it's not so bad. Those are definitely a game changer! We were treated like royalty from the time we entered to the time we left. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. The theming of the hotel is a lot of fun too. When you can direct your husband to the room by saying make a right at Tom Jones& suit and then another at Janis Joplin, you know you're somewhere special.

I just want to say that this place is a good spot to be with friends and family. I loved it here. Today I decided to try out the Starbucks downstairs and let me tell you there’s a girl name Lydia in there that’s super fast , I’m so happy she was making the coffees. She took out all the drinks quick now that’s a great and quick service ! Will be def coming back thank you and if anyone can let her know that she made my coffee AMAZING !! :) also the girls in the front were great too thank you guys ❤️

Hard Rock Hotel is at a nice location relative to Universal Studio theme parks. It's short walk or easy boat ride. Staff was friendly and professional. We stayed on 7th floor club level and room overall was nice. The only disappointment for me was the food in the Rock Royalty Lounge. I was not impressed. I thought the food lacked in quality, taste, creativity, and variety. I expected more based on my experiences at Disney Contemporary club level lounge and other hotel executive lounges I have experienced. I did not complain while on site, as did not feel that a menu change would happen.
