It isn’t perfect, but Ok. In this hotel they have only 6 washing machines in all building (here is over 500 flats), it’s isn’t enough. Also from this 6 washing machines working like 3-4 maximum. It’s clean, good flats, but furniture isn’t new. It’s used with damage. Location isn’t good because you should to make change if you want to get to city centre. Overall 4 from 5.

Not an hotel but appartment! Room dirty and poor equipments. No cleaning services. Work outside. Reception not really happy to work and assist. I will never come back. So expensive for what I paid…

I am very happy with my experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short vacation. Three rooms are a little on the smaller side but sufficient. The room I got had a Murphy bed. It was not the most comfortable but again was sufficient and is quite effective for a small space like a hotel room. The shower enclosure was a little too small for my liking but again it is sufficient. Everything was modern and working properly. The hotel itself is very beautifully done in the lobby. They have an amazing chandelier that spans the entire length of the lobby with a beautiful glass staircase. It makes the hotel feel very upscale. They have laundry on the 6th and 7th floor. They also have a restaurant on the first floor. The food was good. They also have parking available. Overall I am happy with this hotel.

I booked Varsovia Apartamenty with my family for 7 days back in 2019,the rooms were fantastic, very clean, service was available 24/7 and parking was much easier. I revisited in 2022 and was surprised by the difference in the performance. The rooms are not as clean,bed sheets are not changed unless you personally ask the house keeper. House keeping was late most of the days and the reception wasn't as welcoming as last visit. I was rather disappointed as I'm not used to this kind of performance by varsovia. The location of the apartment is great though, very close to the old town and most malls and shops.
