Ruined stay. we arrived at the room sweaty and tired, but this was only the beginning of tragedy, let's open the bedroom door (yes it was about the junior), disaster ahead of us, we found the entire room in question completely dirty with earth and material from indecipherable origin, so much so that we were thinking that thieves had entered, (all this It happened at four and we already had to check in do it at 3.30pm), obviously the first move all we had to do was call the front desk, after the call the guy who was there didn't have us not even worthy of an apology, he told us that a person would come to clean, the person in question was a porous gentleman of age advanced, which it wasn't even clear if it was the cleaner, but other than that you are proved the friendliest of all the staff, he explained that the mess in the room was due from the repair of the air conditioner (not yet I can understand what the earth was about, but let's continue), the gentleman in half an hour/three quarters managed to clean the room in quotes, because the dirt remained anyway, therefore we finally had access to the room at 6:15, angry about what happened we kept calling the front desk and asking at least some refund for the time you are there it made them lose and the stress caused by them carelessness, the receptionist would be the case that the job changed, it seemed that of we didn't give a damn to him, but come on moment that is to the public and in a hotel should at least deign to meet the customer especially in situations that are ABSURD, after having made us nervous until the end since the refund did not take place even in the slightest part, we decided to threaten it on the legal plan, the only thing we had left to do; (by the way we also tried to ask to have a word with the owner, but he has the number he didn't want to give it to us, now I understand why, given that that I read the other reviews, this would be the case shut down) as soon as I said the word complaint there was an abysmal silence, but despite this we have not yet managed to have a few words with the owner, the result of everything this situation was the €30 refund, a truly negligible figure considering the €213 paid. OTHER ISSUES: • the room was really dirty, pubic hair in the tub • hot water turned off in the night, and then on heated request (twice we had to tell him that we had no hot water and only hot water second time they came) unlit cigarettes on the window •broken toilet seat

Very bad. I don't recommend it! I was there last night. When we got to the room the bathroom smelled, there was limescale in the shower, the LED above the hydromassage tub doesn't work, the remote control doesn't work, we found ants climbing on the bed, under the bed we found a sock full of dust, and next to the bed there were some red drops ((I don't know what it is)) poor cleaning. I called the lady and she told me she would come to the room at 7pm to fix it, I waited until 8.30pm and she didn't show up, I called again and a gentleman answered and told me to go because they would come to fix it anyway. fix it, went back to the room I saw that they didn't do anything. The price is too much for what it offers. I regret it!!!! I don't recommend it to you.
