We paid ~€250 for 3 nights in September between two people. I think for that amount it was a great value. The checking-in experience was pretty straightforward. The rooms could use a deep clean, and there was some cracked paint on the walls, one or two holes, etc. If you don't really care about that sort of thing, then you won't be disappointed. The location is great, it's a short walk to the bus, a bit longer for the metro or the Vatican (although it's nothing unusual for Europe). The service was also pretty good, it was nice to not actually talk to anyone in person, everything was done online (through Booking.com). I would recommend this Guest House if you are looking for a quiet and calm place to stay, close to the Vatican, for a great price.

Not very close to the center of Rome. Good if you want a quieter place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen would benefit from a microwave.

A bit complicated checkin, but the rest of the experience was very positive. About 15 min from metro, located in quiet area, a bit small bathroom and we heard neighbours through the wall at times, but still when next time in Rome, I would not hesitate to return.

I'm so glad I ended up booking here because Rome is filled with tourists and this neighborhood is a break from all the madness. It's in a residential spot but there are enough local cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The room and facilities are clean, the bed is comfortable with its memory foam-type mattress, and a decent size bathroom. Definitely worth it for the price!
