The location is fabulous in a charming authentic building very close to the spanish steps. Rooms are actually suites and very spacious. Service is incredibly kind and personal. Only downside is that the AC was not strong enough and the bedrooms required better soundproofing.

A unique hidden gem, beautiful and comfortable. Historical building with tastefully renovated interior, rooms and common areas with 200 year old mozaic floors and ceiling paintings. The room was spotless clean with comfortable bed and good linnen. Great location, walking distance to almost everyting, with great restaurants all around. A speacial thank you to the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Staying here really made our vacation better and made us feel at home. We could not be happier with our choice and will certainly be back next time we are in Rome.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in Rome. Tucked away, it was initially hard to locate but that's one of the features that makes it great; close to the main areas but shielded. The room was great, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent - Alla was super wonderful, so helpful and cheery. We also met the owner who gave us some great local recommendations to eat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Rome, while also feeling a bit more intimate.
